Petri Oksanen is a Partner at Francisco Partners and Co-Head of European investments, based in London. He joined in 2005 and serves on the boards of multiple companies, including EG Software, Jama Software, and Keyloop. He has also served on several other boards and is a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council at the University of Waterloo. Petri holds a B.A.Sc. in Computer Engineering and Economics and previously worked at Morgan Stanley and Microsoft.

Tom Kilroy joined Keyloop as CEO in 2021. Tom is also an Operating Partner at Francisco Partners Consulting (FPC), which he joined in 2020. Tom is responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of the company’s mission to put Experience-First for everyone involved in automotive retail. He has experience from both private equity and public companies. He previously held executive roles at Finastra, Misys and GE Healthcare, and served on the boards of EG and Tomia.

Mike Barry is a Managing Operating Partner at Francisco Partners Consulting (FPC), based in Texas. He serves on the boards of Keyloop, EG, and Paradigm and has advised Operative, Verifone, Optanix, Renaissance, Lastpass, and Aderant. Mike holds a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. Before joining FPC, he was EVP of R&D and Product Management at Aderant and held leadership roles at EFI, TR Systems, and Datapoint.

Bill Griffin is an Operating Partner at Francisco Partners Consulting (FPC). Based in Philadelphia, he joined FPC in 2022. He was the CRN Channel Chief during the years 2011, 2012, and 2015. In addition, he has won Best Selling co-author, is an award-winning speaker, and is a recipient of the Kentucky Colonel. Bill has a B.S. in Business Administration from Wilkes University. He previously worked at Autodesk, Aspen Technology, Bright Machines, and Xerox.

Michael Hunt is a Senior Operating Partner at Francisco Partners Consulting (FPC). Based in London, he joined FPC in 2022. He has previously served on the board of BluJay Solutions. Michael has an MA in Modern History from Oxford University. He previously worked at BluJay Solutions, Lumesse, Northgate Arinso, BT plc, Hoffman La Roche, and PWC.

Cathy Mauzaize serves as the President, Europe, Middle East and Africa at ServiceNow. Based in France, she joined the Board of Keyloop in 2025 and brings broad experience in technology and digital transformation, business growth, driving revenue, and cultivating strong customer relationships. Cathy was awarded Female Sales Leader of the Year in 2015 by Usine Nouvelle.

Matthias Niederreiter is a Vice President at Francisco Partners. Based in London, he joined the firm in 2020. Matthias has a B.Sc. in Business, Economics & Social Sciences from Vienna University of Economics and Business as well as an M.Sc. in Finance from ESADE. He previously worked at Morgan Stanley.

Valérie Thomassin is the Chief Marketing Officer at Cegid and a member of the Executive Committee. In 2025, she joined the Board of Keyloop. With a strong track record in driving growth and innovation, she previously held various leadership roles at Xerox in France, the UK, and the US, ultimately serving as Chief Marketing Officer for Xerox Europe.
She holds a master’s degree in management from EDHEC Business School in France
