How Cue works
1. Retailer creates or closes a repair order
2. Keyloop pushes the event to the Cue platform
3. This triggers the Cue system to send booking reminders and/or post-visit messages to the relevant customer on WhatsApp
4. The customer and retailer service team are then able to continue conversing in real time on WhatsApp
