Our support services have transitioned from Zendesk to Keyloop’s Customer Hub, the enhanced platform designed to centralise support case tracking, release notes, and knowledge articles. Customer Hub streamlines all support for NetDirector products, including Auto-e-commerce, Salesmaster, Autofutura, Retain P360 and Key2Key renewal software.
