Parts Plus is the distribution model chosen by Ford Italy to achieve its external sales and spare parts objectives in the Italian market. It’s designed to provide an efficient, reliable and complete service to authorised repairers, independent repairers, body shops, spare parts dealers and fleet. With over 20 centres across Italy, the business recently worked with Keyloop to help streamline operations and increase efficiencies across the network.
